Meyer Fitness Barbell Club is an Olympic weightlifting (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) and general strength program designed to help trainees improve their power, strength, and technical proficiency. During each class, you’ll perform classic Olympic lifts, assistance movements, as well as strength building and auxiliary exercises to make sure that you progress safely and consistently. We provide a casual, positive environment where hard working lifters are here because of a common love to strength train and a want to be better. The ultimate goal of the program is to continue to lift the heavier weights in the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and Squat.

Wednesdays @ 5:30pm (90min)
Friday @ 5:00pm (60min)

In order to attend the club workouts, you must first go through a “Start-Up” session with one of our qualified instructors; where you will learn the following:

• Bar Safety and Etiquette
• Basic Lifting Positioning

    $75 ONE-TIME
    One-time Barbell club session
  • Barbell Club Membership
    $70 Monthly
    Monthly membership to Barbell Club
