At Meyer Fitness, the focus for our KIDS FITNESS class is based upon teaching the kids how to exercise with numerous outlets, not simply the traditional forms of health club exercise. Instead of developing skills such as dribbling a basketball, passing a soccer ball, or throwing a baseball; we guide our kids towards movement patterns such as jumping, balancing, crawling, climbing, just to name a few.

We promote movement, creativity, and even provide each class with free time dedicated to the children performing self-discovery with their own ways to exercise!

Schedule
  • How long is each semester?
    Each semester is designed to be 15 Weeks (about 30 classes).
  • Any Days off?
    All major holidays that happen on a week day [New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving & Christmas Day] will be off.
  • Why is this the schedule?
    We do our best to have our schedule mimic HSoBX. Hopefully, this will create the most convenient schedule as possible for all involved.
Pricing
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, credit cards [all cards accepted], and checks made out to Meyer Fitness.
  • Do you do pro rate for any late comers?
    Yes! We would love to encourage as many individuals to join whenever they are ready.
  • Can they bring friends?
    Yes! The first visit is free! After the first visit friends may join for a pro-rated price or pay a drop in fee of $15
  • Do you accept siblings younger than 6?
    Unfortunately we do not. Based on previous experiences, we found participants younger than 6 became distracted too quickly to fully benefit from the classes.
