I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, working with a vast clientele with goals and dreams across the spectrum of fitness and athletics. My passion for training supersedes the actual workout, the program, or the exact piece of equipment used; it’s more focused on finding out exactly how I can help my individual client attain their goals, both on the inside and the outside of the body.
As my clients can attest, I refuse to fall into the category of “Personal Trainer” as I feel that my role in my client’s lives is to be a Life Coach. Someone who learns how each person is motivated, what his or her goals are deep down, and then develops a program that breaks the mold of traditional training.
