Our diverse staff of coaches at Meyer Fitness has over 50 years of certified experience coaching individuals in private training. It’s more than just a string of great exercises; your program will push you to find your definition of success, while holding you accountable to your routine.

At MEYER FITNESS, our ability to coach people is the focal point.
We pride ourselves on being able to know when to motivate, when to maintain, and when to take a break. Simply educating and listening to the true goals and needs of our clients comes first overall.
Junior Coaching:
Train with educated, young fitness professionals that are gaining experience in all fields of fitness and overall health.     

Senior Coaching:
Train with fitness specialists that have gained years of experience professionally and through continued education each in the field of personal training, safe and effective weight lifting and body transformation.
Homework Program:
Always wondering what I specifically need to be doing on those days that you’re not with your trainer? We have the answer for you.
Your trainer will create a customized workout plan that matches your needs, goals, and environment for when you’re not being guided through a personal training session.
