Corinne was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. She attended Maury High school, where she was a three-sport athlete. Corinne graduated from Maury and went on to study Athletic Training at James Madison University. Go Dukes! After graduating from JMU, she became a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Sacred Heart University. While at SHU, Corinne studied Exercise Science & Nutrition and was the Athletic Trainer with the Women’s Rugby team and the Track & Field team. Once she graduated from SHU, Corinne came back to Norfolk and worked as an Athletic Trainer with Norfolk Public Schools.

Corinne is excited to begin this journey as a small business owner and to continue to help athletes in the area perform pain free as an Active Release Techniques® Certified Provider.
