Kyle Rosso is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He received his degree in Exercise Science from Longwood University in 2016. After college baseball, Kyle transferred his passion for training as an athlete to helping others reach their fitness goals. His training style is very Strength and Conditioning based using high intensity interval training to maximize time in the gym to deliver the best results possible in short amounts of time. He believes that workouts should not only help his clients in a physical sense, but should work as a pillar to handle tough situations in everyday life, and boost overall self confidence day to day. A fun and motivational atmosphere can serve as a catalyst for his clients to find their motivation to conquer their fitness goals. Kyle welcomes clients of all ages and abilities to unlock their full fitness potential. He specializes in weight loss, strength training, endurance training, functional training, and core training.
Outside of the gym you can find Kyle on the beach, watching sports, or playing sports with friends.
